The
Girls
Rock! workshops are
designed for both mothers and daughters to enjoy together. Lead by
local Teen Mentors and a Professional Health Team, the diverse programming
includes education around healthy body image, nutrition, self-esteem,
exercise and relaxation, mother/daughter communication, and inner peace.
